The Naked Pharmacy Competition Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions for The Naked Pharmacy Competition are detailed below:
Promoter and Participants
1. The Promoter is The Naked Pharmacy Ltd ("Promoter"), Surrey Technology Centre, 40 Occam Road, Research Park, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7YG.
2. The competition is open to all residents in the United Kingdom (“Participants”). All Participants must be aged 18 or over.
3. Employees of The Naked Pharmacy Ltd, their affiliated companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion and the sponsorship are not eligible to enter.
How to Participate
4. This competition is being hosted on Instagram. To enter via Instagram, a qualifying entry must follow @TheNakedPharmacy page and @Greenpeopleuk page, like the competition post and comment on the competition post with their nomination in the comment. Each guess comment with a tag will count as an entry.
5. Entries must be made between 14/11/2024 09:00AM (GMT) (“Entry Date”) and 22/11/2024 23:59 (GMT) (“Close Date”) inclusive (“Qualifying Entry”). By fulfilling this criteria, users will automatically be included in the prize draw.
6. The Naked Pharmacy reserves the right to disqualify entries which do not meet the requirements according to these terms.
The Prize
7. The prize consists of 1 x Skin Hero's Bundle and 1 x Sports SPF Sun Cream from Green People and 1 x Black Garlic and Vitamin D (60 capsules), 1 x Marine Magnesium (60 capsules), 1 x Natruflex Turmeric (30 capsules) and 1 x Gut Love (30 capsules). There is one prize to be won. This prize will be delivered to the winner via post.
8. The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded even partially.
9. Entrants must be based in the UK to be eligible to receive the prize.
10. Both the nominee and the nominated winner will receive contact from The Naked Pharmacy, via their method of entry (Instagram) within 14 days following the date of competition closure. It is the winner’s responsibility for ensuring that you respond to contact accepting the prize within 7 days of initial contact from The Naked Pharmacy and an accurate and complete postal delivery address is provided to allow for delivery of the prize. No responsibility can be accepted by The Naked Pharmacy Ltd in the event that a prize is not received by the winner as a result of them not supplying an accurate delivery address.
11. The Naked Pharmacy Ltd reserves the right to publish the first / last name, town and country of the winner or to publicise any prize giving presentation after the date of the draw. If the winner does not wish such details to be published, they must advise The Naked Pharmacy Ltd at the time of being notified that they have won.
12. The prize is non-transferable, and must not be sold nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond The Naked Pharmacy Ltd’s control, The Naked Pharmacy reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The prize cannot be paid in cash.
13. If the winner rejects or fails to claim the prize in time then the prize may be awarded to other entrants at the absolute and sole discretion of The Naked Pharmacy Ltd.
Prize Draw and Notification
14. The winner will be drawn by an independent third party from all Qualifying Entries.
15. The winner will be contacted via their method of entry (Instagram) from The Naked Pharmacy Ltd within no more than 14 days following the Close Date.
Disclaimer
16. The Naked Pharmacy Ltd reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of any prize if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this prize draw.
17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter.
18. In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to the prize draw, the decision of The Naked Pharmacy Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence or completed by third parties or in bulk. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
Processing of Personal Data
21. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy (https://www.thenakedpharmacy.com/policies/privacy-policy ) The Naked Pharmacy Ltd will process the participant’s name, email address, address regarding the prize in order to assess the eligibility to participate in the competition, to administer and conduct the competition, including to notify the participant of a win.
22. The Naked Pharmacy Ltd will only store the data for the time necessary to conduct the competition and for an adequate time thereafter (e.g. in order to be able to defend against claims).
23. The participant has the right to request from The Naked Pharmacy Ltd access to and rectification or erasure of his/her personal information or restrict the processing concerning the participant or to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
24. Failing to provide relevant data if requested or objecting to the processing of personal data will lead to the participant not being able to participate in the competition.
