The Role
The Naked Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated, imaginative and forward-thinking Social Media Co-Ordinator and Content Creator, to help develop and drive our fast-growing social platforms.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working with a small but dedicated team within The Surrey Technology Centre and part of the world-leading Surrey Research Park.
You'll need to:
- Develop, implement, and coordinate our social media schedule and strategy, across various platforms, including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest - posting on a daily basis.
- Write and deliver supporting copy, representative of the brand values and audience.
- Create and curate innovative and engaging content, including graphics, infographics, videos, and other relevant visual imagery, using Canva Pro or similar design program/s.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Work alongside our Digital Marketing Manager, to ensure fluidity and cohesion across campaigns on paid advertising and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, technology and best practices to keep online presence fresh and compelling.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in creating marketing material, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, as needed and in line with the brand guidelines.
- Act with integrity, remaining steadfast to the brands’ ethos and values - our social platforms are a window to our brand.
- Have technical knowledge and understanding of performance drivers across all platforms.
- Work alongside our Partnerships and Collaborations Lead to plan and schedule engaging content with our brand partners and affiliates.
- Should be comfortable filming and creating content.
Strategy and Analytics:
- Formulate and implement social media strategies to amplify and drive brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, delivering regular reports and insights to the team, making learnings and advances through the study of insight data.
What you'll ideally have...
- 2 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of growing and expanding social media audience.
- A team player ethos, with a can-do, proactive attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- An eye for detail - creative flare, and a passion for wellbeing.
- A portfolio of design experience, using Canva Pro or similar design suites.

Remuneration and Benefits
- Salary dependent on experience.
- 20 hours per week (hybrid working), to include ad-hoc weekend response cover. 8 hours required in the office per week, ideally Tuesday and Thursday to coincide with scheduled Marketing Meetings.

- 20 days annual leave (pro-rata) rising to 25 days after successful completion of 6 months probationary period.
