Why does Bergatone® need to be taken before meals?

Bergatone® binds unhealthy dietary fats and allows them to be removed easily before entering circulation. In order for it to do this we advise that it is taken 30 minutes before food to ensure sufficient time for it to be absorbed into the gut and ready for action.
