We aim to ship all in-stock products within 24 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received before 11:30 am will be processed that same day and will be dispatched on our courier 48-hour service tracked or 24-hour express service, however, we are still at the mercy of the Royal Mail if packages are returned to the local Post Office or during the busy periods such as Christmas.
International orders for up to three units (single box) has a flat rate of £7. Delivery is by tracked service
European Union Countries 3-5 day tracked service
Outside the EU 5-7 day tracked service
How do I purchase?
You can order via this website. Place an order online with our quick and secure shopping cart. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email immediately along with the consignment number.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
- Paypal/Credit Card - If you wish to pay via either Credit Card or Paypal, select the PayPal payment method. You will be taken to the secure PayPal payment page.

I’m living outside of the UK, can I place an order?
Yes, you can place an order with us; our flat rate overseas postal charge for up to three bottles (single box) is £6. Prices will be listed in your country currency at checkout then converted to £ sterling on payment.
Please note that we are not responsible for payment of local taxes or import duties so please make sure you are aware of these before you place an order.
All overseas orders will include an export information sheet for each product and a copy invoice for customs compliance.
Who do I contact if my order has not arrived in the normal timeframe or if there is a problem with my order?
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us by phone on 01483 20 44 44 with your consignment number and order details or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

What if I change my mind?
Whilst we aim to provide plenty of information and images of our products, we understand that purchasing online can sometimes be difficult. Once received, should you decide that your chosen product is not right for you, please contact us via phone on 01483 20 44 44 or email us at email@example.com within 2 days. Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale (for example on sale, clearance or short-dated stock), products can be returned, within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original undamaged packaging. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We aim to pack all products carefully to avoid damage during transit. However, from time to time, a parcel is mistreated during transit and damage can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can organise a replacement product for you. We will require the damaged parcel returned to us (at our cost) and if possible please do email us a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can investigate with our postal contractor to ensure it does not happen to other customers.
