How to take

🌱 Adults and children (12yrs+) : Take TWO capsules with or after food.

🌱 You should start to notice a difference in 2-4 weeks.

🌱 All of our capsules can be twisted open and the contents mixed with food or drink, such as a yoghurt or smoothie, to consume if required.
