Shipping policy


UK Delivery (Mainland and Offshore)

We will endeavour to despatch all orders received by 14:00 the same day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

Standard delivery (via the Royal Mail*) can usually be expected within 3-5 working days.

Standard Shipping

  • Tracked service (Monday - Friday) for orders less than £25.00 | £4.95
  • Tracked service (Monday - Friday) for orders £25.00 and over | FREE

Premium Shipping (via DPD*)

  • Next Day Delivery (Monday - Friday) for orders less than £100 | £7.95
  • Next Day Delivery (Monday - Friday) for orders £100 and over | FREE

Public holiday and peak period shipping:

Following public holidays and during times of increased volume, such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer than expected for your order to be delivered.

International Delivery

Whilst we endeavour to be able to provide a world-wide delivery service, currently there are some territories that we are unable to ship to due to the nature of our products. These include; Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Russia, Ukraine and New Zealand.

All shipping to the United States of America has been paused due to new import regulations which have significantly increased the cost of shipping goods into the US. This will be reviewed regularly and updated accordingly when the situation improves.

 

The Naked Pharmacy are happy to offer a tracked service for our international customers, which can usually be expected within 5-14 working days.

  • International Tracked service for orders less than £200.00 in value | Cost calculated at checkout
  • International Tracked service for orders £200.00 and over in value | FREE

Our international shipping partner may vary depending on destination and will be shipped using a tracked standard mail service or a tracked courier service*.

Please note: Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are calculated upon arrival at the destination country, for which you as the customer remain responsible to pay. Unfortunately, The Naked Pharmacy have no control over any import duties and taxes levied and are unable to determine the amount due. We regret that moving forward, any international orders will not be liable for a refund if cancelled, once shipped.

Product restrictions: We are currently unable to ship Ashwadisiac for Women to Denmark.
