Am I able to pause my subscription?

Absolutely. You can set your next delivery for any date you choose.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

The first step is to make sure you have an account with The Naked Pharmacy. Please loginhereif you already have an account or registerhereto create a new account. 

I am thinking about changing my subscription order?

Our subscriptions are totally flexible, and you can swap to different products, change the frequency of your deliveries or amend the quantity at any time.

We would just advise that before making any changes, you speak with one of our pharmacists. 

I have a subscription but can’t access my account to manage the details?

The first step is to make sure you have an active account with The Naked Pharmacy. If not, or you are having trouble logging in, just contact our Customer Care Team, and we can send you a new account invite or re-set your password. 

I have moved house and need to update my address?

This can all be managed and updated through your subscription account, or just call or email us, and we can update for you. Remember to update your billing address, too, if required! 

I have two products on subscription, but they are delivered on different days, how do I sort this?

You can set the next delivery date for both products for the same day and check that the delivery frequencies are the same. This should combine the next delivery and subsequent deliveries. Any problems, just ask us to check everything for you. 

I need to contact the Customer Care Team, what are the contact details and when will I hear back?

We are in the office Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. 

We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours. 

I’m going away so don’t need my supplements for a while, can I amend my deliveries?

Yes! Simply amend the next delivery date through your subscription account or just call or email us, and we can update to a date of your choice. 

If you are away, but staying within the UK, we can always set a temporary address so you can continue with your subscription as normal.

My subscription delivery hasn’t arrived?

Please let us know as soon as you are able. We will check your order’s tracking details and let you know the delivery status. 

What are the benefits of signing up to a subscription with The Naked Pharmacy?

The main benefit of our subscription service is the discount of 25% that you will receive across our range of The Naked Pharmacy supplements, plus enjoy exclusive savings on other products we stock. For example, if you subscribe to receive our Natruflex Turmeric (60 capsules) monthly, you would pay £24.00 a month instead of the RRP at £32.00.


Our subscriptions are totally flexible, reliable and easily managed. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, through your subscription account online or just call or email us. 

We do require at least three working days for any cancellation to take effect, so please bear this in mind when cancelling. Further details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
