UK Mainland Delivery
We will endeavour to ship all orders received by 14:00 the same day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
Standard delivery is usually within 2 working days.

Premium Shipping:
- Next Day Delivery (Excluding Sunday) for orders less than £100 | £7.95

All orders shipped via our Standard Shipping option will aim to be delivered within 48 hours from dispatch. Monday-Saturday. Please note that our Standard Shipping time is variable, with 3-5 working days expected during particularly busy periods.
International Shipping:
The Naked Pharmacy are happy to offer our international customers a tracked postage service which we anticipate will be delivered within 5-14 working days.
Due to recent issues with the Royal Mail International Tracked shipping services and the impact the unreliability has had on our customers; we have taken the decision to use alternative carriers to fulfil our international orders.
Whilst this does mean that receiving your parcel internationally will be more expensive, it will help us to ensure that you are receiving your order in a timely manner and hopefully prevent delays and issues that have recently been experienced.
Please be assured that as a business we are constantly monitoring the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods possible for our customers.
Please note: your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are calculated upon arrival at the destination country, for which you as the customer remain responsible to pay. Unfortunately, The Naked Pharmacy have no control over any import duties and taxes levied and are unable to determine the amount due.

Whilst we endeavour to be able to provide a world-wide delivery service, currently there are some territories that we are unable to ship to. Please contact us if you are not able to place your order via our webstore check out and we can obtain a one-off quote for international shipment to your destination.
Please note: shipping notifications will be recieved from Diamond Logistics, our fulfilment centre, advising when your parcel is en-route.
