What is Black Garlic?

Black garlic is raw white garlic that has been aged and fermented over a period of 6 months in a process that concentrates the active ingredient and results in high-strength S-allyl cysteine (SAC). This process also removes the tell-tale garlic odour.

What is S-Allyl Cysteine (SAC)?

S-Allyl Cysteine is the bio-active ingredient in Black Garlic, allicin in garlic is converted to S-Allyl Cysteine (SAC) during the fermentation process.

Yes, you can take Black Garlic alongside your antibiotics. Black Garlic will have an additive effect with your antibiotic as it will help support your immune system.

The best time to take Black Garlic would be in the morning with your breakfast but can be taken at a different time of day with food if this suits your lifestyle better.

Do Black Garlic supplements interact with any medicines?

It is recommended not to take Black Garlic alongside blood-thinning medications such as apixaban, warfarin, clopidogrel etc.

Organic Moringa Leaf is added to support the gut microbiome and nourish from within.

How to use

Adults and children 8yrs+: Take one to two capsules daily, with food.

We always recommend that you follow a healthy and balanced diet.

All of our capsules can be twisted open and the contents mixed with food or drink, such as a yogurt or smoothie, to consume if required.

Caution: we don't advise the use of this supplement during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
