Free Delivery for New Customers Promotion

This promotion is available to first-time UK customers only and applies to eligible subscription orders placed on or before 6 August 2026 using the promotional code JOINFREE. Customers who have previously placed any order, including one-off purchases, are not eligible for this promotion.

Eligible customers will receive free standard delivery on:

  • their initial subscription order; and
  • their first recurring subscription order only.

For the purposes of this promotion, "first 2 subscription deliveries" refers to the customer's initial subscription order and first recurring subscription order only. The promotion will cease to apply following the first recurring subscription delivery and will not apply to any subsequent subscription orders.

Any subsequent recurring subscription orders placed after the first recurring subscription order will be subject to our standard delivery charges in force at the time of dispatch.

The promotional code JOINFREE must be entered at checkout for the promotion to apply and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Where an eligible subscription order already qualifies for free standard delivery under our standard delivery terms (including orders over £25), no additional delivery discount will be applied through this promotion and the promotional code may not be accepted at checkout.

This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other delivery promotion or offer unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

 

UK Delivery (Mainland and Offshore)

We will endeavour to despatch all orders received by 14:00 the same day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

Standard delivery (via the Royal Mail*) can usually be expected within 3-5 working days.

  • Tracked service (Monday - Friday) for orders less than £25.00 | £4.95
  • Tracked service (Monday - Friday) for orders £25.00 and over | FREE

Premium Shipping (via DPD*)

  • Next Day Delivery (Monday - Friday) for orders less than £100 | £7.95
  • Next Day Delivery (Monday - Friday) for orders £100 and over | FREE

Public holiday and peak period shipping:

Following public holidays and during times of increased volume, such as Christmas and Easter, it may take slightly longer than expected for your order to be delivered.

International Delivery

Whilst we endeavour to offer worldwide delivery, there are currently some territories we are unable to ship to due to the nature of our products. These include: Afghanistan, Austria, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and New Zealand.

 

International Delivery (USA)

We offer a tracked international service to the United States.

Delivery is typically expected within 5-14 working days, although delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing.

All USA orders include a flat £48 shipping fee. This fee covers shipping, fuel surcharges, import duties and tariffs, meaning there are no additional charges payable on delivery.

Please note that these charges are outside of our control and may be subject to change in line with international shipping and import costs.

We regret that USA orders are non-refundable once shipped.

 

International Delivery (Excluding USA)

The Naked Pharmacy offers a tracked international service, typically delivered within 5-14 working days.

  • Orders under £200.00 - Cost calculated at checkout
  • Orders £200.00 and over - FREE shipping

Our shipping partner may vary depending on destination and may be a tracked standard mail or courier service*.

Please note - international orders (excluding the USA) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer upon arrival. These charges are outside of our control and we are unable to estimate the amount.

We regret that international orders are non-refundable once shipped.

 

Product Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship Ashwadisiac for Women to Denmark.
